This listing is for one glass beach sand bottle, sealed in copper using a process called electroforming. This bottle contains real hand-harvested beach sand and shells, with a bit of preserved green reindeer moss for color. These ingredients create a mini-beachscape and are sealed in with pure copper featuring an antique patina. The copper has been formed to give the bottle a wax-sealed look. The bail is braided copper with a generous amount of room to accommodate any cord or chain. A great amulet for anyone with a love for the sea!

Please remember that metals, including copper, will naturally oxidize and change color over time and with everyday weathering and wear. I have not treated this piece with a sealant over the metal in order to maintain a natural look and feel - let me know if you would prefer your purchase to be sealed and I can do so before it is shipped. Included with each order is a small jeweler's cloth so you have the option to polish later if needed.

NOTE: This bottle is made of glass and requires special care to protect the contents - avoid dropping, exposing to freezing cold or excessive heat, or using abrasive cleaners on the glass surface.
